Plot: A shape shifter (Burke) comes from the desert in search of victims, a spirit the locals call “The Dust Devil”. He prays on the lonely and the unloved, those that have already lost everything but life itself. Wendy (Field) has broken up with her husband and wanders aimlessly in her car. She picks up a stranger and begins having misgivings about picking him up when strange things begin to occur. Meanwhile a local police officer (Mokae) tracks the killer. Aided by a shaman’s admonishments about witchcraft he sets off to try and stop the beast before it can complete its grisly task.

Which Multivitamin should I choose?
I am a 20 year old male. I don’t have any health problems, and for the most part I have a healthy balanced diet. I was wondering which of these three multivitamins would be the best for me. I would appreciate it if you would rank the three for me and possibly give me an explanation. Bonus: I don’t want to ask too much in one question, but if anyone wants to recommend a good omega 3 fish oil to take, I would really appreciate that too!

I would go to menshealthawareness.com and go to the diet and nutrition section, their sites have the best info about vitamins and which are best for you, and have good detailed info. Also, as far as a good omega 3 supplement, use Hypercet Omega 3-6-9.
