How do you deal, psychologically, knowing that somewhere in the world there are unspeakable things occurring?
I just can’t stop thinking of psychos out there right now doing terrible things to animals and such. It really depresses me and I don’t know what to do about it? I just get so filled with anger and just sitting here not being able to do anything about it (like literally kill those people) I get even madder. How do I deal with this?
STOP watching the damn tv! Stop looking for that kind of crap on the internet!
