Which Multivitamin should I choose?
I am a 20 year old male. I don’t have any health problems, and for the most part I have a healthy balanced diet. I was wondering which of these three multivitamins would be the best for me. I would appreciate it if you would rank the three for me and possibly give me an explanation. The things I were considering when trying to decide were the amounts of each vitamin, quality, tablet/capsule, additives etc. Thanks in advance.

I would go to menshealthawareness.com and go to the diet and nutrition section, their sites have the best info about vitamins and which are best for you, and have good detailed info. Also, as far as a good omega 3 supplement, use Hypercet Omega 3-6-9.
